Here's how it works. The front loader has a detachable container that can be removed when not in use collecting residential waste. Now it's ready to empty commercial containers. The Residential Front Loader is ideal for servicing rural areas as well as routes that don't require a full day's dedication of either a residential or commercial unit.
The Universal Residential Front Loader is mounted on a low entry dual steering chassis allowing operation to be managed by a single operator. Our Digi-Trak auto leveling system permits preprogramming the dumping sequence. Cycle time can be as quick as 15 seconds. The Autopak system maybe operated in either stationary or "on the move" position. This will minimize call time and maximize customer coverage.
Safety features include interlocks to prohibit dumping while the hopper is open or ram out. Similarly, a warning alarm system will signal if there is arm movement. As an added safety feature, applying the work brake has a dual effect: it automatically moves the transmission into neutral, and; it enables the auto throttle advance to function... all with a single movement.
