Yes, were talking about the newest member in our galaxy of products, the innovative LM2000 Front Loader, a creation that features over 600 changes and modifications. The suggested changes were brought about by asking the most experienced and creative minds in the waste and recycling industry to tell us what needs and wants had to be incorporated to meet the challenges for the next millennium. And suggest they did!
Our focus groups told us they wanted a low maintenance/better productivity loader. They even suggested how to incorporate the changes! The resulting changes included redesigns of: torque tube brackets, arms & forks, cab protector, side access door, rods cylinders and many features too lengthy to list.
Upgrades included: the use of chromium carbide wear surfaces for the packer rails, nitrided first stage cylinders, new integrated regeneration valve and premium "megatuff" high abrasion hosing. And the result was the birth of the... LM2000 - Customer Designed and Universal Handling Equipment Crafted.
