If the key word is "security" in finding a unit to process waste, then Universal Handling Equipment's PROC 214 series is the answer. Durable and reliable, the compactor offers a single unit that prevents contact once the waste has passed through the ram cycle. It is ideal for a multiple of applications.
Self-Contained users include supermarkets, restaurants, malls, and hospitals; anywhere medical, food, or medical waste is found. Retailers/department stores, manufacturers disposing of products with imperfections, and warehouses, recognize the PROC 214's value as a secure disposal unit.
Notable features that make the Universal Handling Equipment PROC 214 such a hit with our customers include:
- a special wide-mouth configuration for easy loading
- a variety of available hoppers to accommodate each need
- two-way pick up to assist in pickup
- safety interlocks
- automatic timed cycle
- one piece door with reinforced interlocking gate to provide better sealing
- fully sealed gasket door for increased liquid retention
... do we really need to go on?... OK!
There are 2 standard models, PROC 214XPL & PROC 214XS. Each model is available in 4 skid lengths ranging from 17'6" to 22' with loading capacity from 21 to 33 cu. yd. While the overall length of each packer remains the same, the differences come in the variation of packer length and container cu. yd. capacity.
The PROC 214XS series employs cross cylinder technology that allows charging in tighter areas while permitting greater container capacity. The PROC 214XPL offers a larger charging area with reduced container capacity.
As if the 8 combinations of PROC 214 weren't enough, each situation can further be individualized through options that include chutes, extensions, walk-in weather enclosures, tank heaters, rear stops, etc.
